This press will reduce the moisture content of the spent coffee from 90% to 50 to 55% moisture or less. The dried coffee waste can be allowed to dry naturally under the sun or let the residual liquid trickle of naturally or can be then taken to the a rotary dryer to remove the excess liquid before being used in further processing.
