芒果果皮脱水螺旋压榨机是一种全新的应用领域。它是在加工结束时使用的，在加工过程中，所有的纸浆都被清除，纸浆和石头都被留下。芒果果皮上还有相当多的芒果果肉残留，如果回收后可以重新利用。

从数据来看，芒果皮和芒果石的含水量不同，但经过脱水和去除多余的果肉后，产量的含水量可以降低到52%。这里所需的背压相当高，因为果肉和果皮之间的粘合力相当高。

残余的果皮和石头可以作为工厂的替代燃料来源，也可以被制成颗粒出售。

MANGO PEEL

Dewatering Screw Press for Mango Peel and Stone is a pretty new applicaton in general. It is used at the end of the process where all the pulp has been removed during the process and the pulp and the stone are left. There is still a pretty good amount of residual mango pulp specially on the mango peel , which if recovered can be re-used again.

From the data the mango peel and the stone both come at different moisture levels but after dewatering and removal of excess pulp , the output moisture can be brought to as low as 52% combined.

Here the amount of back pressure required for the same is pretty high as the bonding between the pulp and the peel is pretty high.

The residual peel and the stone can used as an alternate source of fuel in the plant or can be pelleted and sold commercially.
